Africa is undergoing a process of change. It is time to see Africa more in the light of a highly promising economic partner and future market. Since May 2014, the German government has been meeting these challenges with the “Federal Government’s Guidelines for Policy on Africa“. With the "Strategy Sub-Saharan Africa”, the BDI is actively engaging with the German government’s Africa policy and aims at creating conditions to the benefit of both the people of Africa and the German industry.
