The EU Taxonomy Regulation is in its current form difficult to implement and would impose a bureaucratic burden on companies. In order to implement the taxonomy for buildings, the Technical Screening Criteria (TSC) must be optimised and the economic activities expanded. The "Do No Signifcant Harm" (DNSH) principle must be realistically designed and financing and investment barriers for refurbishment and new construction must be avoided.
