Technological innovation plays a central role in the global energy transition. In order to support developing and emerging countries for successful participation in the global hydrogen market, new, market-based forms of cooperation are needed that are more long-term oriented, more risk- and innovation-friendly, and implemented in partnership between government development cooperation and companies.
