Dominik Asam

Member of the Executive Board, CFO
SAP

Dominik Asam has been a member of the Executive Board of SAP SE since March 2023 and, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the company’s finance and administrative functions.

Before joining SAP, Asam served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Airbus SE starting in 2019 and, prior to that, at Infineon Technologies AG starting in 2011. In 2010, Asam was Head of Group Controlling at RWE AG, and from 2005 to 2010 he held various positions at Siemens AG, including CEO of Siemens Financial Services and Corporate Vice President and Treasurer. From 2003 to 2005, Asam headed the Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Strategy divisions at Infineon Technologies AG. His professional career began in 1996 in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs Inc.

Asam holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich and École Centrale Paris, as well as an MBA from INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration).
