

Sibylle Gabler
Sibylle Gabler was born in Krefeld. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University in the United States and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. After completing her studies, she initially worked as a PR manager and then as an operations manager for golf courses. In 2000, Sibylle Gabler joined the owner-managed medical technology company BIOTRONIK, where she led various projects and established the newly created Corporate Communications department.
Sibylle Gabler has been with DIN since 2004, initially in communications and as a press spokesperson. In 2016, she served as project manager for the development of the German Standardization Strategy, which involved all stakeholders.
Since 2014, she has headed the newly created Government Relations department, where she is responsible for political communication and maintaining contacts with political decision-makers in Germany and at the European level.
Since January 2023, Sibylle Gabler has been a member of DIN’s Executive Board responsible for External Relations.
