Karlotta Gründobler

Managing Partner
ELIOG Industrieofenbau

Karlotta Gründobler is the managing partner of ELIOG Industrieofenbau GmbH and an entrepreneur in the German mechanical engineering sector. She leads a family-run industrial company with over 100 years of tradition and approximately 90 employees—at a time when Germany is facing one of its most challenging periods as an industrial hub.

It was clear to her early on that she would succeed her father—with the goal of securing industrial value creation, production, and technological expertise in Germany for the long term. She studied business administration with a focus on family business, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and today combines strategic thinking with operational responsibility in a manufacturing SME. For over twelve years, she has shouldered entrepreneurial responsibility and makes daily decisions involving real risk—with immediate implications for investments, employment, and competitiveness.

Her perspective is clear: Economic policy frameworks do not show their impact in concept papers, but directly in the companies—on the shop floor and among the people. Gründobler stands for a solution-oriented yet clear stance in the economic policy debate. Based on her entrepreneurial experience, she is convinced: When a company gets into trouble, it needs decisive decisions and experienced leadership. “Wishful thinking” and “business as usual” are not strategies—but guarantees of a lack of investment and a growing risk of failure. She is committed to shaping the framework conditions for investment, innovation, and industrial value creation in Germany in such a way that companies can once again operate with confidence and support—in the interest of employees, the economy, and social stability.
