Simone Mosca, along with Timo Mosca and Alfred Kugler, forms the Management Board of the Mosca Group, a leading global provider of strapping machines and packaging solutions. With her extensive background in mechanical engineering, she has been driving the strategic transformation of the family-owned company since joining in 2008—with a focus on sustainability, the plastics division, digitalization, and corporate culture.
She is considered a pioneer of the circular economy in the packaging industry and is actively committed to the implementation of EU regulations.

According to Handelsblatt, Simone Mosca is “Germany’s most sustainable mechanical engineer” and ranks among “Germany’s 50 most inspiring female entrepreneurs” as well as the “100 most important women in small and medium-sized businesses” (DUP). Her company has been honored twice by Focus Money as “Germany’s best in sustainability in mechanical engineering.”
