Philipp Müller has headed the "Digitalization and Innovation" department at the Federal Ministry of Health since January 2026. He has extensive professional experience in the field of digital transformation and has served, among other roles, as managing director of the Association for Digital Infrastructure (ANGA) and as head of digital education for Europe at the Vodafone Foundation.
