Tanja Rückert has been Managing Director of Robert Bosch GmbH since January 1, 2023, with responsibility for the Digital Business and Services division. This includes, among other things, the following functions and services: the central service area Bosch Digital, IT system landscapes and digitalization, and cybersecurity. She is responsible for the Industrial Technology division, which includes the Drive and Control Technology business unit and the Bosch Connected Industry and Bosch Manufacturing Solutions product areas. She is also responsible for the Software and Digital Solutions business unit.

Furthermore, Rückert is responsible for business in the Europe 1 region (Northern and Eastern Europe) as well as Europe 2, which includes the Benelux countries, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.

Tanja Rückert was born on December 27, 1969, in Bad Windsheim; she is married and has two children. After graduating from high school, she studied chemistry at Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg and Swansea University in Wales. She earned her doctorate in 1997 from the University of Regensburg.
