Viktoria Schütz has been a managing partner at DEGUMA-SCHÜTZ GmbH since 2019, where she has been employed since 2013. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Global Management with stints in Bremen, São Paulo, and Shanghai, she earned a master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development.

She gained professional experience at renowned companies such as Zalando, Bionade, and Melitta. She has received numerous awards for her innovative entrepreneurship, including the Ernst Abbe Prize 2024, the “Future Maker 2023” award from Business Insider, and the Impact of Diversity Award 2022 in the “SME” category. In addition, she is active in leading economic policy bodies, including as a member of the DKG Executive Board and on the board of the BDI/BDA SME Committee.
