Climate Paths 2.0 study – Recommendations for action

Date
24.11.2021

With their ambitious climate neutrality targets, the EU by 2050 and Germany by 2045 face enormous challenges for society, administration, business and science. This is because the transformation to a climate-neutral industrialized country requires a transformation in all areas. To meet this complex challenge, the BDI proposes a broad mix of instruments in climate, energy, transport and industrial policy. The BDI study "Climate Paths 2.0" shows that an industry with its technologies is the key pioneer for a successful climate protection.
