Der BDI begrüßt das Ziel des Gesetzes, die Finanzierungs- und Investitionsfähigkeit der Autobahn GmbH zu stärken. Positiv bewertet werden insbesondere die unmittelbare Zuweisung der Lkw-Maut-Einnahmen sowie der vorgesehene Finanz- und Maßnahmenplan. Aus Sicht der Industrie bleibt jedoch entscheidend, dass ergänzende Haushaltsmittel langfristig verlässlich abgesichert werden und die neue Finanzierungsarchitektur tatsächlich zusätzliche Investitionssicherheit schafft.
