Künftig brauchen auch Re-Exporte von Produkten mit chinesischen Seltenen Erden – etwa von Deutschland nach Frankreich – eine Genehmigung aus Peking. Für militärische Zwecke ist der Export komplett untersagt. Seltene Erden sind für unsere Industrie elementar, diese Rohstoffe stecken in Elektroautos, Haushaltsgeräten, aber auch Kampfjets.
