Der BDI unterstützt den sogenannten Job-Turbo für Geflüchtete. In der Broschüre „Gemeinsam Zukunft gestalten – Arbeitsmarktchancen für geflüchtete Menschen“ sind wichtige Informationen für Unternehmen und Geflüchtete zu diesem Thema zusammengestellt. Anhand von Best-Practice-Beispielen wird zudem gezeigt, wie die Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt gelingen kann.
Harnessing the Potential of Immigration
In light of demographic trends — including a shrinking and aging workforce — Germany needs a coherent and balanced overall strategy to secure the workforce and skilled labor supply. In addition to further mobilizing domestic potential and making continued efforts in the areas of education, vocational training, and continuing education, such a comprehensive strategy must also include managed labor-market-oriented immigration.
