The BDI welcomes the European Commission's proposal for an EU end-of-life vehicles regulation. However, some improvements are required to have practical requirements along the entire value chain that are also in line with the goals of a Circular Economy. In addition, interactions and interfaces with other regulations must be better taken into account.
