Márcio de Lima Leite is Vice President of Legal, Tax and Institutional Relations at Stellantis for South America and President of Brazilian Automotive Manufacturers Association since 2022. Additionally, he is General Counsel and Head of Taxes for the South America region. He serves on the Fiscal Councils of Fidis Bank, Stellantis Health Foundation and IMPP – Instituto Minas Pela Paz. He has a degree in Law and Accounting, a master's degree in Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management with a specialization in Finance from UFMG. He is a visiting professor at PUCMINAS for the LLM postgraduate course in Tax Law.

He is also a member of the Audit Committee of GASMIG – Minas Gerais Gas Company and coordinator of the IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance of the Minas Gerais Chapter.
