Marcus Sagitz is Managing Director of Marketing & Corporate Affairs at PreZero International, one of Europe’s leading partners in the circular economy. In this role, he oversees the brand’s strategic direction and public engagement across ten countries. PreZero is a Schwarz Group company and drives circular transformation along the entire value chain—from collection and sorting through recycling and energy recovery to the provision of high-quality recycled raw materials.

With a degree in economics and linguistics, he has a background in journalism and agency management and is a communications strategist by conviction. Since joining PreZero in 2021, he has built out the international marketing structures to position the company as a key driver of resource sovereignty in Europe.

Marcus Sagitz is a strong advocate for a resilient economy in which ecology and economy go hand in hand. His focus is on making circular material cycles scalable in operational practice—a commitment he is also advancing in professional sports: Through strategic partnerships with the DFL, UEFA, and major soccer clubs, he is establishing sustainable and scalable circular solutions in that arena.
