Charlotte Finger has been a managing partner of Maschinenfabrik Mönninghoff and Chemnitzer Zahnradfabrik since 2015. Over the course of their respective histories, spanning more than 100 years, both companies have reinvented themselves multiple times and are now typical “hidden champions” in the development and manufacture of custom drive technology for the mechanical and plant engineering industries.

She studied International Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and subsequently worked at RWTH Aachen University. She serves on several committees of the VDMA, is a trustee of the Fraunhofer IPA, co-authored the book *Generation Responsibility*, and was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by *Capital* magazine in 2021.
