BDI sees a significant need for improvements in the draft of the Nationaler Wiederherstellungsplan (NWP) for implementing the EU Nature Restoration Regulation. While German industry supports the goals of nature and biodiversity conservation in principle, the current draft remains too vague in many areas and creates significant uncertainty for businesses and investments.
