Nils is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Central Europe in Nokia. Based in Munich, Germany, Nils is responsible as Technology Voice of Nokia for amplifying Nokia’s thought leadership and technology positions as well as promoting end-to-end solutions across all telecommunications domains and technologies.

Nils has been in the telecommunications industry in customer facing roles and on the forefront of new technologies for more than 20 years. He brings with him an in-depth experience in the Telecommunications and Mobile industry and a proven track record in solutions and sales management leadership roles, spanning the areas of enterprise, fixed and mobile networks in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

After several years working in sales for major European CSP accounts, Nils has been based in Asia for fourteen years (2007-2020), performing several regional roles such as sales director and head of technical pre-sales for latest technologies. Before moving back to Europe end of 2020, he was heading a global practice team incubating new 5G E2E solutions for Nokia.
