Lavinia Bauerochse is Global Head of Sustainable Finance at Deutsche Bank‘s Corporate
Bank and member of the divisional Executive Council of Corporate Bank. In her role,
Lavinia is responsible for the Sustainable Finance dialogue with corporate clients of
Corporate Bank globally, and defining Corporate Bank’s Sustainable Finance strategy and
offering. Lavinia is member of the Supervisory Board of PlanA.Earth, member of the
expert group of the Green Guarantee Group as well as various transition- and Hydrogenrelated
industry and advisory groups.
Lavinia is with Deutsche Bank for more than 20 years. Prior to her current role, she was
Chief Operating Officer for Corporate Bank Germany, and held leadership roles at
Deutsche Bank, both in Germany and the UK. Lavinia is originally from the North of
Germany and holds an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology
(ESMT) in Berlin.
