Martin Karkour has been CSO (Chief Sales Officer) at Quantum Systems since February 2025. He contributes to our constant growth journey by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize customer value, foster long-term relationships, and align solutions with our client’s needs. His focus is on delivering measurable business impact through customer-centric strategies and value leadership.

Martin has many years of experience and a proven track record in strategy, technology and digital consulting. He previously held various senior management positions at Capgemini and Capgemini Invent, most recently as Head of Aerospace & Defense at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH and as Head of the Defense & Security segment at Capgemini Invent, the Capgemini Group's strategy and top management consulting.

Martin began his career in the German Armed Forces in 2000, where he served as a career and staff officer in Germany, in two assignments in the US and in multiple deployments in Afghanistan until the end of 2014. He holds a degree in business administration, an Executive MBA and a degree in human sciences.
