    Márcio Santos is an agricultural engineer. He has worked in Brazilian agriculture for over 30 years, in the commercial areas of large companies in the Seeds and Pesticides sector. He was also Monsanto's commercial leader. After the merger of the companies, he became VP Commercial at Bayer Crop Science and, this year, he became CEO of Bayer and President of Crop Science BR.
