Mark Dorn completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and business assistant at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Düsseldorf. He also holds a Global Executive MBA IESE from the Universidad de Navara, Barcelona. Previously, he worked for BASF SE as the Vice President Formulation Additives and later as Senior Vice President Inhouse Consulting in Ludwigshafen. In 2019, he became Corporate Senior Vice President Adhesive Technologies of Henkel Group & President Henkel Asia-Pacific before being appointed to the Management Board in 2021.
