Die Technische Anleitung zur Reinhaltung der Luft (TA Luft) — das zentrale Regelwerk für die Genehmigung, Änderung und den Betrieb von Industrieanlagen in Deutschland — wird überarbeitet. Die TA Luft gilt für mehr als 50.000 genehmigungsbedürftigen Anlagen und hat Auswirkungen auf mehrere 100.000 nicht-genehmigungsbedürftige Anlagen. Der Entwurf zur Änderung der TA Luft bedarf aus Sicht der Industrie einer deutlichen Nachbesserung.
