    Patrick Lamm serves as senior director in the SAP Industry Business Unit for Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense.

    He focuses on translating the business needs of leading global acting industrial manufacturing, aerospace & defense companies into end-2-end industry scenarios supporting the automation, optimization and transformation of the respective business processes along the entire value chain.

    With the advent of agentic artificial intelligence, he drives an innovation group with leading industrial manufacturing companies to determine the transformational opportunities for SAP Business AI driven end-2-end industry-relevant business process.

    With his deep industry expertise, he also identifies new industry relevant public cloud innovations augmenting the SAP Business Suite for Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense Companies and is involved in many customer conversations helping leading Discrete Industries companies to transform their business.

    Patrick joined SAP in 2004 and has since held several positions in SAP Business Consulting and the global Industry Business Unit for Discrete Industries always with on focus how the SAP Business Suite can support the business needs of leading discrete manufacturing companies.

    Prior to SAP, he worked at Hewlett-Packard for 6 years in various positions like as a business analyst in a strategic supply chain organization for the European market and as an inhouse process/SAP engineer.

    Patrick holds a diploma degree in industrial engineering “Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH)” and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and IT.
