Efficiency vs. Resilience
Since the enactment of the Chinese Cybersecurity Law in 2017, the Chinese state has developed an extensive regulatory framework on cybersecurity, data usage and data protection. Companies doing business in China and especially those generating data in China have to be compliant with these requirements.
During the first six sessions of our China Cyber Talks, our experts provided insights into various acts regulating cybersecurity and data protection in China. On this basis, in our last session, Dr Florian Otto, Director at Control Risk, will illustrate the implications of a global regulatory fragmentation for the usage of IT infrastructure. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A with participants.
